Our cat Jax received phenomenal care from Dr. Nall at West Texas Animal Clinic!! Her staff was welcoming and genuinely gentle and kind even with our spicy cat! We found the facilities to be exceptionally clean and well taken care of. What I appreciated the most was how Dr. Nall treated our very sick cat as if she was her very own beloved family pet! She was so gentle and kind to her during the exam! Dr. Nall took her time reading through vet records from a previous vet and was extremely thorough in her pursuit to provide the right care and treatment for Jax. Never once did I feel like my cat was just another animal amongst many I’m sure she treats at her clinic. Dr. Nall explained her recommendations for treatment fully with me along with a printout of the estimated cost allowing me time to ask questions and think through the treatment plan and together we decided on the best next steps for Jax. I elected to wait on certain treatment and never felt pressured in my decision. Jax responded quickly to Dr. Nall’s treatment plan! In a follow-up visit, Dr. Nall even went so far as to invite my teenage sons to see the x-ray and sonogram and learn from her what each showed! She and her staff have taken such great care of Jax!! First of all-   People in Snyder don’t like change.   This relatively new to this area veterinarian and ALL her staff from the first phone call to the bottom line have been nothing but compassionate with my poor dogs broken leg.
